Care & Support Groups

Welfare Group & Monthly Mass and Luncheon for Senior Parishioners and the Bereaved. This group hosts a luncheon in the parish centre following the 11.00 a.m. Mass on the First Wednesday of each month (February through to December). The group is also available to provide refreshments after funerals.

Home Visitation Group:
A group of parishioners who visit the sick and housebound.

St Vincent de Paul Society: St. Gabriel’s Parish Conference:
meets the last Monday of the month at 7.00 pm. in the Bethany Room.

(Donation boxes are at the church doors each Sunday. An annual ‘basket’ collection is made before Christmas—in 2008 on Dec. 6/7. A poor box is located beneath the statue of St. Joseph, in the church.
